Sandra Banchini is our CEO. She received her Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education almost 28 years ago. In 1997, she opened her first preschool and ran it successfully as the Director until relocating to the United States in 2000. Since then, she continues to work as a Lead Teacher at childcare facilities and has completed postgraduate university courses. As a parent and childcare provider, she wish to make a difference in how daycare works and the attention and education that children receive.
Under her leadership, Learning Together Academy has grown significantly, incorporating the most recent pedagogical techniques and a personalized approach.
Sandra shares her knowledge with a distinguished team. Her dedication and passion have made Learning Together Academy a reference in early childhood education.
Ursula Gerbi is the Director of Learning Together Academy. With 14 years of experience in the childcare field, Ursula transitioned from an Executive Administrator role after 7 years to pursue her passion for teaching young children. She obtained certifications to work with 3 and 4-year-olds and now holds the position of Director.
Ursula is dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Her goal is to inspire both children and teachers, with the aspiration of coaching educators to help them become the best professional teachers. She believes in continuous professional development and is committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the field.
